1st day -Palermo

Arrival, transfer to the hotel in Palermo, free time for the visit
of the city

Free dinner and an overnight stay in hotel.

2nd day - Palermo

Breakfast at the hotel and tour of the city with a guide.

Arab-Norman route: the Cathedral, the Ballarò Arab Market, Piazza Pretoria, the Byzantine Church of Martorana. Stops along the route to taste Palermo street food.

In the afternoon walk to Monreale and visit the Cathedral. Visit to a mosaic maker's workshop. Transfer to Castellammare del Golfo, hotel accommodation, dinner in a typical restaurant and overnight stay.

3rd day - Trapani e Marsala

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Trapani. Stop in a typical pastry shop to make a real Sicilian cannoli with final tasting. Cooking class for the preparation of traditional foods and lunch at an agritourism company. Visit to the salt pans of Trapani and transfer to Marsala for a visit with guided tasting in a historic cellar. Hotel accommodation, free dinner and overnight stay.

4th day - Selinunte e Agrigento

Breakfast at the hotel, visit to an oil producing farm with tasting. Stop for a light lunch on Selinunte beach. Departure for Agrigento for the guided tour of the Valley of the Temples.Hotel accommodation, free dinner and overnight stay.

5th day -Piazza Armerina e Ragusa

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Piazza Armerina, guided tour of the Roman Villa del Casale. Lunch with culinary experience and transfer to Ragusa. Walk in ancient Ibla.Hotel accommodation, free dinner and overnight stay.

6th day - Noto e Siracusa

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to a dairy company and tasting of Ragusa cheese. Transfer to Noto and walk in the historic center with a stop for tasting the famous local granitas. Continuation to Syracuse, walk in ancient Ortigia.

7th day - Etna e Taormina

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the Etna Volcano. At 1950 meters, short visit to a lava flow cave and walk to the Silvestri Craters, typical lunch in a restaurant.Stop at a farm to taste Zafferana Etnea honey and local wines.Arrival in Taormina, walk in the historic center and free time for shopping.
