With a minibus transfer from Castellammare del Golfo, we will reach a traditional Sicilian Baglio. Before getting to work, we will be welcomed by the hostess with an aperitif. The Sicilian cooking class includes the preparation of a menu with typical dishes such as eggplant caponata, arancine, busiate (fresh pasta), almond pesto, and cassatelle. The experience will end with lunch or dinner (depending on the chosen time), accompanied by wine and olive oil produced by the family’s own farm.
