With minibus transfer from Castellammare del Golfo we will reach a typical Sicilian Baglio. before getting to work we will be welcomed by the hostess with an aperitif. The Sicilian cooking course involves the preparation of a menu with typical dishes such as aubergine caponata, arancine, busiate (fresh pasta), almond pesto and cassatelle. The experience will end with lunch or dinner (depending on the time chosen) accompanied by wine and oil produced by the family farm.
